The BRIT School

Our Approach

Listening…

Every organisation has specific and unique needs, so we’ll listen to you, discuss your objectives, analyse your requirements and agree the goals with you. Through working with a broad spectrum of not-for-profit organisations, we’ve gained invaluable insights that help us understand your aims, assess your strengths and enable you to reach your potential.

Honest advice…

We give realistic advice on what we believe is possible, not what we think you’d like to hear. We estimate how much you might raise, how you can do it and what resources you need. We monitor your project and help you adjust or adapt as the process continues.

Drawing on over 60 years’ experience we recommend sound, effective, practical techniques that we know achieve results. As each project is unique, we develop a strategy with you that is appropriate, robust, flexible, sustainable – and specific to your needs.

Flexibility…

We provide training, support and continuous advice and assistance throughout the whole project. We advise on the resources needed and we can help you with recruitment or carry out hands-on management if you require it. The level of our involvement is as great or as small as required.

How we manage a project

Craigmyle consultants are practitioners themselves, with extensive hands-on experience of fundraising and management of non-profit organisations. This insight and understanding of the practicalities of managing all types of fundraising allows us to give clients the right advice and support at all times, from initial planning to final result.
