GROW, Guernsey

GROW helps adults with learning difficulties by providing employment enabling them to be included and valued within a workplace and the wider community.  Craigmyle led a review of the strategy for a major redevelopment appeal and in particular detailed preparation and coaching for the major gift phase. In 2022 GROW completed a £4m redevelopment of their site in the Coutanchez, providing improved facilities and opportunities.
