St Peter and St Paul, Coleshill, Warwickshire

A large medieval church at the heart of an ancient market town but without a church hall and basic facilities. Efforts to develop community engagement were being hampered by the limitations of the Grade 1 listed building and a lack of flexible spaces.

Craigmyle consultants have been working with the PCC since 2016 to deliver a heritage sensitive re-ordering and restoration project through four phases of work at a cost approaching £1 m.

The phased approach to fundraising has been instrumental to the notable success the project has enjoyed in winning a wide array of grant funding support.
